Erin leads Foresight's strategy development, planning, communications, and creative functions. She has more than 22 years of experience in the public and private sectors as a planner and public involvement project manager. Through these roles, she has helped communities and agencies develop targeted strategies and comprehensive plans to address specific needs and ensure long-term sustainability.
Erin has been involved in a wide range of project planning functions, from initial needs identification/scoping, to concept/alternative development and evaluation, to final plan development and reporting, all while ensuring that stakeholder input is incorporated into decision-making and is clearly reflected throughout the process. With each opportunity, Erin's passion for working with clients and stakeholders alike has allowed her to effectively identify and communicate needs, translate them into project goals, facilitate informed consent for potential solutions, and develop plans and strategies to address the identified needs and goals.
By applying a customer-first approach - from clients to public stakeholders - she has proven experience in developing strategies and plans focused on getting the needed results. Her role as president is to understand client and stakeholder needs and ensure they are met with high-quality services.
Erin is a Central Texas native and holds a master's degree in urban and regional planning and a bachelor's degree in political science from Texas A&M University.
